3682070 - [Release 2H 2025] Unexpected UI Layout Changes and Workflow Approval Visibility Issues for Custom MDF Objects Following PPX Migration

Symptom

Multiple unexpected UI and permission-related issues with Custom MDF Object records:

  1. Custom Object UI layout changed:

    • Horizontal/vertical section layouts appear altered.

    • Mandatory fields are no longer displayed as mandatory.

    • Some fields that were optional now show incorrectly.

  2. UI behavior changes captured changes as part of  audit activity:

    • The UI changes were first observed after audit-related updates were performed by v4admin on 11th Nov.

  3. Workflow approvers unable to view object data:

    • Approvers in the final step of the workflow cannot see the Custom Object data,even though they have all required permissions assigned
