3682085 - Unmasking is not working for the Pay Component Group (calculated fields) in Compensation Information within the Latest People Profile -2H 2025

In the Latest People Profile under Compensation Information, the masked calculated field (Annualized salary) displays the ‘Show’ option as expected. However, clicking ‘Show’ does not reveal the value, and no system response occurs.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -Compensation information

1. Go to the profile "ABC".
2. Go to Compensation -click show -no response.
3. Click on 'view all' in compensation information.
4. Click on 'show' for the field 'Annualized Salary'. But it does not do anything-No response.

This is a known issue.

1. This issue is planned to be fixed by the Engineering team in the 1H 2026 release.
2. Workaround: Please remove any special characters from the pay component group or unmask the field.
