3682129 - Customizing the Start Date of Infotype 0002 During IDoc Processing

Symptom

Employee master data is sent to SAP via IDoc interface. It is observed that during the hiring action, the start date (BEGDA) of the Infotype 0002 (Personal Data) record is defaulted to the employee's date of birth, as per standard functionality. There is a requirement to customize this start date to a different value during IDoc processing.
