1. Configure a workflow in Employee Central and set one of the step's approver type to Matrix Manager.
2. Initiate the workflow for approval.
3. Navigate to Manage Workflow Request > Take Action > Change Approver.
4. Observe that approver type is displayed instead of approver name, while the workflow details page shows the name.

This behavior is expected due to Matrix Manager having multiple incrumbents.
