3682200 - Unable to Delete a Purchase Order.

You are trying to delete a Purchase Order (PO) but the Delete button is grayed out.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Select the work Center Purchase Requests and Orders.
2. Select the view Purchase Orders
3. Search the PO 12345
4. From here you can see that the button "Delete" is grayed out.

The Purchase Order you want to cancel is under status "Canceled".

This is the expected system behavior.

In SAP Business ByDesign, once a PO has been created, and even if it is subsequently cancelled, it typically cannot be deleted entirely from the system due to audit trail and historical record-keeping requirements.
