3682233 - Manage Workforce: Error while updating worker's details – "address is incomplete. please enter country/region."

• An error occurs in the "Manage Workforce" application when attempting to update details for an employee.
• The error message displayed is: "Address is incomplete. Please enter country/region."
• All address fields for the employee appear to be complete and valid.
• The issue prevents the successful update of manager details.

• Address Management / Business Address Services

1. Open the "Manage Workforce" app.
2. Select a worker from the list.
3. Attempt to change any worker's details.
4. Save the changes.
5. The error message appears: "Address is incomplete. Please enter country/region."

• For each worker, the system creates not only a personal profile but also an employment record. This employment record must also have a valid address.
• In this case, the worker's employment record does not have an address maintained.
• When saving changes such as updating the Manager, the system performs an address completeness check and detects that the employment address is missing, triggering the error: "Address is incomplete. Please enter country/region."

The employment address has to be maintained and it can be done using either of the following methods:

• Method 1 (Recommended): Open the "Manage Workforce" or "Maintain Employees" app, navigate to the address section for the worker, and enter the complete address (street, city, postal code, country/region).
• Method 2: If the address cannot be edited in the above apps, open the employment Business Partner in the "Manage Business Partner" app and add an address there.

After maintaining the address via the suggested methods, retry updating the worker information. The changes should now save without errors.
