3682235 - Can't disable "Publish in all associated libraries" automatic feature

How to configure the "Publish in all associated libraries" to be unchecked by default?

1. Go to the Learning Administration menu
2. Search "Items"
3. Create a session : Actions > Schedule >
4. The "Publish in all associated libraries" checkbox is checked by default

In the current product design, the "Publish in all associated libraries" will be set as checked by default, and admins must unchecked it manually in case they don't want the classes to be published in these libraries 

If you would like to have this functionality included in a future release, you can create an enhancement request as explained in the KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products. All enhancement requests are reviewed by our Product Management team and, if successful, are developed and implemented in a future product release.
