3682264 - Error 'Rendering of document via service ADS failed' in App 'Manage Real Estate Output Requests' when printing Adjustment letter - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to print Adjustment letter via App 'Manage Real Estate Output Request', output does not generate and the following errors are shown in the log:

• Item '1': Rendering of document via service ADS failed.
• An exception was raised.
• Error when extracting data of entity.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Manage Real Estate Output Request" app.
2. Attempt to print or email the adjustment correspondence form "RE_CPOM_CN_ADJUSTMENTRESULT".
3. Observe that the output does not generate, and the error message "Rendering of document via service ADS failed" is displayed.

The adjustment runs being printed contain only reversed adjustments or adjustments with error.

To print the adjustment letter, the selected run must contain actual adjustable conditions, not reversed or error conditions.

1. Execute the report "Adjustments on Contracts" from the Fiori Launchpad.
2. Search for the relevant contract number in the report.
3. Identify the adjustment run that is completed and contains actual adjustable conditions.
4. Ensure that the selected adjustment run is not reversed or erroneous.
5. Use the completed adjustment run to print the correspondence successfully.
