3682304 - How to Add Ariba CIG Cloud Foundry Subaccounts to the Cloud Connector

Notification received regarding the migration of Managed Gateway for Spend & Network from Neo to Cloud Foundry. During the process of adding CF subaccounts to the Cloud Connector, the following issues were observed:

• Uncertainty about the correct value to enter in the "Login E-Mail" field. For Neo subaccounts, the subaccount username (the CIG P-user ID) was previously used, but it is unclear whether the same applies to CF subaccounts.
• When attempting to execute the passcode URLs provided in the migration instructions, the browser returned a “can’t reach this page” error. A screenshot with the full error details is attached.
• The issue was reported in the North America region.
