3682304 - How to Add SAP Ariba Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Cloud Foundry Subaccounts to the Cloud Connector

Symptom

Notification received regarding the migration of Managed Gateway for Spend&Network from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. During the process of adding Cloud Foundry subaccounts to the Cloud Connector, the following issues were observed:

Uncertainty about the correct value to enter in the Login E-Mail field. For Neo subaccounts, the subaccount username (the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network P-user ID) was previously used, but it is unclear whether the same applies to Cloud Foundry subaccounts.
When attempting to execute the passcode URLs provided in the migration instructions, the browser returned a can’t reach this page error. A screenshot with the full error details is attached.
The issue was reported in the North America region.
