According to KBA 2793595, in general SAP suggest to avoid the deletion of former productive users. It's better to restrict the "valid to"-date in SU01. However, this scenario can create many QuickViews in the system from users that has left your company and could not be deleted using the RSAQ_CLEANUP_QUICKVIEWS program.
