3682312 - Incorrect Redirect to Settings Page When Accessing Tools via Action Search

• When searching for any tool in the system using Action Search and clicking it, the page redirects to “Settings” Page in SuccessFactors.
• Searching and selecting “Company System and Logo Setting” via Action Search, opens the “Settings” page instead of the intended tool.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login to the instance.
2. Navigate to Action Search.
3. Search for any tool (e.g., Company System and Logo Setting or Manage Permission Groups).
4. Click on the searched tool.
5. Observe that the system opens/redirects to the “Settings” page instead of the selected tool
