3682368 - Outdated tenant SQL port used by XS Advanced

One or more of the following symptoms occur in an SAP HANA XS Advanced environment:

• Login to XS Advanced fails with USER_INFO_REQUEST_ERROR_MSG
• XSA renew-passwords-of-technical-users fails while connecting to a tenant database
• XSA update-tenants cannot update or skips a tenant database
• Errors reference an incorrect or outdated database port, for example:

FAILED to connect to the database <TENANT> (<hostname>:35113)
Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://<host>:35113/

The behavior appears during XS Advanced administrative operations although the tenant database itself is available.
