3682371 - Automatic Onboarding restart by rule does not retain information - Onboarding

Automatic onboarding restart retains few fields, but does not retain others.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Trigger automatic onboarding restart due to preponement or postponement of a new hire's start date in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting;
2. Observe that few fields are retained while others are not.

The fields missing data are not mapped from Recruiting Management (RCM) to Onboarding, resulting in these fields remaining empty after the automatic restart. When the rule it is triggered due the change of manager or start date, the system will send the updated data from RCM to Onboarding avoiding the cancellation process when a new hire's start date is preponed or postponed in Recruiting.

If it is needed the information to be present after restart the process, it is necessary to map the field value from Recruiting to Onboarding
