Symptom

MS teams integration settings view is blank in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 system.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Microsoft Teams Integration view.
  3. Result: The page is blank.

Cause

Teams domain is not added to Content Security Policy.

Resolution

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Open Content Security Policy screen.
  3. Under Frame-ancestors section, add: teams.cloud.microsoft
