3682399 - Enhanced National ID Validation Messages for France not Working Properly - 2H2025

When inserting a French National ID for a user, the new validation messages, as stated in the "Enhanced National ID Validation Messages for France" (WNV 2H2025), are not appearing. For example, the system allows saving the National ID without including Date of Birth data and Gender of the employee.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Employee Profile;
2. Insert a National ID;
3. Save it;
4. Observe that the system does not include Date of Birth data or Gender of the employee but still allows saving.

Note: When there's a previous valid record on National ID Portlet, the system doesn't show any validation message. However, if there isn't a previous National ID record the system shows the pre-release generic message. In both scenarios the system is not behaving as expected after the Release Enhancement.

The fix will be delivered via PTCH-48752. Deployment date is not yet confirmed.
