3682427 - 2H 2025 - Application loads blank screen when clicking Contact on Agency Candidates - Recruiting Management

This article describes the issue in 2H 2025 wherein the Application Page does blank when clicking the contact button for Agency Candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors  Recruiting Management

1. Open the Requisition.
2. Navigate to the "Candidates" tab.
3. Select the candidate by clicking on the name.
4. Press the "Contact" or "Email Candidate" button.

Currently, this issue has only been observed when using the New Workbench and only with agency candidates. 

This issue is addressed in a code fix released on 2511p5, 18-Nov-2025 (Prev) and 20-Nov-2025 (Prod).
