3682435 - 2H 2025 - Job posting preview color discrepancy - Recruiting Management

This article describes a known issue in the Internal and External job posting preview wherein the top part of the posting appears white while the bottom part appears grey.

The issue persists across different job requisitions and environments. The behavior changes based on screen size; smaller screens display a grey background, while larger screens display the preview correctly without grey.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a job requisition.
2. Navigate to the "Job Requisition Details" tab.
3. Open the internal posting preview or external posting preview.
4. Observe the color discrepancy: the upper part of the page background is white, while the lower part is grey.
5. Ensure the zoom level is set to 100%.

Note: There might be a slight difference on what color you might see, but there is still a discrepancy.
