3682436 - 2H 2025 - CX Apply Save Rules not working correctly on updating application status- Recruiting Management

This article describes a known issue using business rules to update application status on the Reimagined Candidate Experience. The rule is triggered but the application is moved to the incorrect status "automatically disqualified" and not the status which is set in the business rule.

There are no pre-screening questions configured on this job requisition and therefore no applications should be getting placed in "automatically disqualified" status.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Candidate Application.
2. Create a candidate account and submit an application.
3. Rule is triggered to move application to a desired stratus
4. The rule is triggered successfully but the application is moved to the automatically disqualified status. 

This is a known issue as part of the 2H 2025 release.

A fix is being deployed as part of the patch 2511p6.
