3682437 - Table of Contents / Left-Side Menu Not Visible in Latest Form Experience – Performance Management

Symptom

 The left menu (Table of Contents) on the left side of the new performance form is not visible.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  • Enable the Latest Form Experience in the system and open a performance form.

  • Observe that the left-hand side menu (Table of Contents) is not displayed.

Cause

“Disable Table of Contents” option is enabled in the Form Template Settings

Resolution

To make the left-hand side menu (Table of Contents) visible in the Latest Form Experience, uncheck the option “Disable Table of Contents” from Admin Center > Form Template Settings.  Once this setting is updated, the Table of Contents will appear as expected on the performance form.
