3682452 - Incorrect Display of Language Skills in Latest Workbench - Recruiting Management

When viewing Language Skills in the Latest Workbench, the system displays the value “Fluent” instead of the specific language. However, in the Legacy Workbench, the correct language value is displayed as expected.

1. Open Job Requisition > go to candidates.
2. In the New Applicant Management Experience, open the candidate profile
3. Navigate to the Language Skills section see that the Language is not populating the correct language.

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.

Workaround available:

• If Legacy Workbench is still available:
  Users may switch back to the Legacy Workbench to view the correct Language Skills information.

• If Legacy Workbench is no longer available:
  Navigate to View Profile and locate the Language Skills section to see the correct values.
