Symptom

Contact information, including name, phone number, email address, and location, is missing in the Advance Return on Sales/Purchase Tax Report.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Prepare Electronic Tax Report app.
  2. Fill necessary information and Run.
  3. Choose Display Details on Package.
  4. Missing required contact information.

Cause

The report derives values in SSCUI: 500140 - Edit Addresses for Company Codes.

Resolution

Maintained address, email, and phone number using SSCUI: 500140 - Edit Addresses for Company Codes.
