Error when opening work item from GRC Work Inbox app after upgrade:

  • Failed to resolve navigation target "#Shell-startWDA?APPLID=GRFN_INBOX&ENTITY_ID=ACCREQ&MODE=E&OBJECT_ID=ACCREQ%2F4388AC9D05871FE0B0E14B49B576B2E6&POWL_QUERY=000D3AC638061EEDBAA330533CB113E2&VARIANT=DEFAULT&WI_GROUP_OWNE=OSSUSER01&WORKITEM_ID=000008812076&sap-app-origin-hint=&sap-system=SOHGRAC&sap-ui2-wd-app-id=GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_APPROVAL&sap-ushell-navmode=explace". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.
