3682537 - The condition amount of a condition type cannot be modified in sales documents - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A condition type is set as "Manual entry has priority" in configuration activity "Set Condition Types for Pricing" and there's no access sequence is assigned to it.

In addition, the condition type isn't set as "Manal Only" in the related pricing procedure.

However, when creating a sales document, the condition type appears in pricing element, the condition amount is 0 and cannot be modified.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales document.
2. Observe the status of the target condition type.

The checkbox "Amount/Percent" under the tab "Changes which can be made" of the target condition type is not ticked in the configuration activity "Set Condition Types for Pricing".

The condition type can be manually entered again in sales document and the newly entered pricing line will work.

If the requirement is condition amount of the existing pricing line for the target condition types is editable in sales documents, it can be considered to tick the checkbox "Amount/Percent" under the tab "Changes which can be made" for the target condition type.
