3682592 - “View Company Documents” Not Visible to Onboardees

• The "View Company Documents" section on the Home Page appears blank despite documents being uploaded and visible to employees.
• External users cannot see any documents in the "Company Documents" section.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log into the system as the user.
2. Navigate to the "View Company Documents" section on the Home Page.
3. Observe that the section appears blank despite documents being uploaded and visible to employees.

The "View Company Documents" section is restricted to internal users/employees only.

If external users need access to the company documents, create a custom tile for them.
