Symptom

You have received a notification regarding the removal of the cross-signed DigiCert TLS RSA4096 Root G5 certificate from the SAP API Management certificate chain. This change is part of the ongoing migration to the DigiCert G5 root certificate and affects how client systems establish trust with SAP API Management endpoints.

The purpose of this KBA is to clarify the actions required from the customer in response to this change.
