3682616 - Secondary instructor does not receive class cancellation notification

• Secondary instructor does not receive "SystemScheduleCancellationNotification" when users are registered in a class.
• Primary instructor receives two emails when users are registered in a class: one listing the canceled users and another for the class cancellation.
• When no users are registered in a class, both primary and secondary instructors receive cancellation notifications.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Add two new classes.
2. Assign a primary and secondary instructor to both classes.
3. Register users to one of the classes.
4. Cancel both classes.

Outcome:

1. For the class without registered users, both instructors receive cancellation emails.
2. For the class with a registered user, only the primary instructor receives two emails (one for the list of users canceled and another for the class cancellation).
