Symptom
- When manually entered a condition type in header level, the system distributes it to item level.
- It is not possible to prevent the distribution from header level to item level.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a sales document.
- Enter a condition type in header level.
- Enter the item level and check the pricing element.
Cause
The system is designed to distribute header conditions to all line items to ensure the sum of the items equals the header level.
Resolution
It is not possible to prevent the distribution in the sales document because the system needs to keep the sum of each items equal to header level.
If the requirement is about 'showing' the price, it is suggested to print the condition type only on the header.
Then the distribution on price will not be found in output even if it is done internally.
