Symptom

  • How to Download and Upload Processing Rules.
  • When attempting to download a large number of processing rules (e.g., 241 rules) in XML format in the Manage Processing Rules – Bank Statement application, the following error message appears:
    "Dear S/4HANA Cloud Customer, Your S/4HANA system is currently unavailable. Please be informed that we are currently working on having your system back online as soon as possible. You can contact us via CALL1SAP or create an incident to XX-S4C-OPR-INC support component. We apologize for any inconvenience. Best regards, S/4HANA Cloud Operations."
