3682715 - Error When Downloading Large Number of Processing Rules in XML Format in Manage Processing Rules – Bank Statement

When attempting to download a large number of processing rules (e.g., 241 rules) in XML format in the Manage Processing Rules – Bank Statement application, the following error message appears:
"Dear S/4HANA Cloud Customer, Your S/4HANA system is currently unavailable. Please be informed that we are currently working on having your system back online as soon as possible. You can contact us via CALL1SAP or create an incident to XX-S4C-OPR-INC support component. We apologize for any inconvenience. Best regards, S/4HANA Cloud Operations."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Processing Rules – Bank Statement app.
2. Go to the Own Rules column.
3. Apply filters for incoming/outgoing and select all processing rules for application type B (Bank Statement).
4. Select all available processing rules (e.g., 241 rules).
5. Choose Download --> XML.
6. The system displays the error message.

Ensure that the number of processing rules selected for XML download does not exceed the supported limit of 150 rules per execution.
Select only up to 150 rules and repeat the download in multiple batches if necessary.
