3682886 - Couldn't create Connectivity service instance with plan connectivity_proxy in SAP BTP

When attempting to add the Connectivity service instance (plan: connectivity_proxy) in an SAP BTP subaccount to generate the required Client Key details (Client ID, Client Secret, CF Region, Subdomain) for establishing a connection to the Assignment API, the instance creation fails and the following message is displayed:

"Couldn't create service instance '<instance name>'. Please view details for more information."
