Symptom
The Interview Assessments Outstanding email notification is not being received by Interviewers. When checking the system's Provisioning Job status, the scheduled job titled "Interview Assessments Outstanding" is failing.

Cause

The cause for the issue is the Provisioning Job responsible for triggering the email failing. The primary cause for the Job failure is the system's maximum capacity limit for processing unrated interviews. The Provisioning Job is currently designed to handle a maximum of 32,000 records (unrated interviews). If the number of unrated interviews in the database exceeds this 32,000 limit, the job will fail to prevent system overload.
Resolution
It's a system designed limit to not support over the 32.000 Not Rated interviewers. The only way to get the job running again is to bring the count of unrated interviews below the 32,000 limit. This requires Software Engineering backend script execution by updating the ratings for a sufficient number of candidates from "Not Rated" to "Rated." The customer must internally assess their data and decide which unrated interviews should be updated to "Rated.". Once that's done, you can raise a ticket for Product Support.
