3682950 - 2H 2025: Proxy access restoration for Intelligent Services Center (ISC)

Symptom

  • Since the 2H 2025 release, a change in system behavior has been observed when proxying to other users.
  • When searching for the Intelligent Services Center (ISC) via proxy, the Event Center appears as a result.
  • Integration Center and Security Center proxy access has been restored as of November 4th, 2025, but Intelligent Services Center has not.
  • "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring." error received when accessing the ISC as proxy.
