Symptom

  • The role page in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tenant does not display any roles, including standard SAC roles.
  • The issue occurs in the new interface.
  • Error message displayed: "We could not find any matches for".
  • If switching back to the former interface, the roles are visible.
