3683055 - SAC Content Overview Models showing just a blank screen in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• After QRC4 2025 update, SAC Content Overview Models (e.g. USER_ADOPTION or ACTIVITY_LOG) showing just a blank screen in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• As a result System Overview report won't work correctly in SAC.
• Following error messages will pop up when trying to open report details:
  • Model information cannot be found.
  • Please contact your administrator. Model: RESOURCE
  • Script execution failed for event "TabStrip.onSelect"

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21.5

1. Login to SAC.
2. Go to System - Overview.
3. Select e.g. 

• • Trend - Session Trend - Open Details => error:
    • Script execution failed for event "card_SessionTrend_OpenLink.onClick"
  • Conversion Needed - Open Details => error: 
    • Please contact your administrator. Model: RESOURCE
    • Model information cannot be found.

Or:

1. Go to Files - System folder and search for e.g. the models: ACTIVITY_LOG or USER_ADOPTION.
2. Open them => model won't load.

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

• The issue is fixed in a future** version of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Please refer to maintenance document.

** in version 2025.21.6 for customers on a bi-weekly (fast track) release cycle.
** in Q4 for customers on a Quarterly release cycle (QRC).
