3683085 - Refresh interval not updated when using "Save as Tile" in Fiori Elements

• A standard dynamic Fiori tile with a Fiori elements list report behind it refreshes according to the configured interval (e.g., 5 minutes).
• When a user sets up additional filters in the list report and creates a new user-specific tile using the "Save as Tile" functionality, the new tile does not refresh according to the refresh interval of the original dynamic tile.
• The saved tile is treated as a static tile, even though it points to a Fiori elements app.
