3683114 - VSaaS - Error "User Name is Required" when using saved credentials for e-signature

• After the latest VSaaS release, users encounter issues when using e-signature to confirm course completion. Error message displayed: "User Name is Required".
• The issue occurs when users use credentials saved in the password manager of their browser.
• Clearing cache, cookies, and re-saving the password resolves the issue temporarily, but the error reappears when signing the next course using the password manager.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module >
2. Launch a course that requires e-signature >
3. Complete the course content >
4. For e-signature, use auto-fill browser password to enter credentials and click on 'Submit' >
5. Observe the error message: "User name is required" >
6. Manually type the username, and observe the system prompts "PIN is required".

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation, and the fix is scheduled to be delivered with the 2605 system version. The possibility of correcting it via a 2505 patch is being verified.
