When refreshing the search page in the library view, an error occurs: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact your administrator for help."

1. Login and navigate to "My Learning".
2. Click "Browse Library".
3. On the library search page, click "Refresh" icon (from upper left of the browser).
4. The error occurs:  "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact your administrator for help."
