3683171 - Web intelligence reports fail to load after patch update in SAP Businessobjects platform

Symptom

  • Web Intelligence reports fail to load after logging into the BI Launchpad.
  • Reports remain stuck on the "Loading…" screen indefinitely with no data rendered.
  • Enabling "Use Relative Path" in CMC → Applications → RESTful resolves the 403 errors but causes the third-party application to fail to retrieve data from RESTful services.
  • Disabling "Use Relative Path" allows the third-party application to work but causes the BI Launchpad reports to fail to load due to 403 errors.
