3683192 - Transaction code BUP1 requires authorization object B_BUPA_RLT with RLTYP being '*'

Symptom

When creating a new BP with transaction code BUP1, the authorization B_BUPA_RLT needs to be assigned with RLTYP being '*'.

Otherwise an error will be raised due to missing authorization: "You do not have authorization to create Business Partners. (Message No. BUPA_DIALOG412)".
