3683228 - 12hr format time display change on TMS UI after 2H 2025 release

After 2H 2025 release, some display change is noticed in 12hr format display of time in Time Sheet UI.

• Korean
  
  • AM/PM has been moved to after the time as of 2H 2025 when editing the start and end time. 
    Before 2H 2025, it displays as AM/PM + TIME. 
    After 2H 2025, it displays as TIME + AM/PM. 
  • In Time Sheet UI, inconsistent display is noticed too in terms of 12hr format time.
    Some places show AM/PM+TIME, while other places show TIME+AM/PM.
    
• Traditional Chinese
  AM and PM are translated inconsistently between clock time event and start/end time of time recording and planned working time etc on Time Sheet UI.

This is a known situation coming with the 2H 2025 release. 

After deep technical investigation, the fix is planned as below.

• Korean
  It is planned to fix and make the AM/PM consistantly shown in front of time in Korean. 
  The planned tentative fix deployment date is Dec 2 for Preview, Dec 4 for Production,with 2511p7. 
• Traditional Chinese
  It is decided to keep the current display, because the display format is consistant and translation is also correct.
