3683229 - Error message inconsistency between Fiori app F1813 and T-code: CS02

Symptom

When using the standard T-code: CS02 to change/edit BOM after releasing change number, an error message appears: "Change number XX has already been released for production."
However the error message does not appear in app F1813.
