3683270 - It is possible to modify an outbound delivery in VL02N even though it has been distributed to EWM

Symptom

After an outbound delivery (this outbound delivery is not relevant to TM) distributed to EWM, it can still be modified in VL02N.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

This is a SAP standard behavior.

If no operations have been performed on the outbound delivery in EWM, and the option "Delivery Change Enabled" is selected in Configuration Activity 102212 - Configure SAP EWM-Specific Parameters, the outbound delivery can be modified in VL02N even after it has been distributed to EWM.

Please note that the option "Delivery Change Enabled" is only feasible to the outbound delivery. The inbound delivery cannot be modified after distributing to EWM.
