3683290 - Data inconsistency caused by partial update after accounts.setAccountInfo API error 500001

Symptom

  • When an email address change via the `accounts.setAccountInfo` (REST) API fails with `errCode: 500001 (General Server Error)`, it results in a partial data update, leading to data inconsistency.
  • During the error, `loginIDs` and `profile.email` are updated to the new address, but the old email address remains in the `emails.verified` array, resulting in a state where both the new and old email addresses are present.
