Symptom

Customer wants to hide the Search KB tile in AskHR.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Ask HR - Employee Central Service Center (ECSC)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors.
  2. Navigate to the AskHr.
  3. Attempt to hide the Search KB tile in AskHR.

Cause

Resolution

  1. It is not possible to hide the Search KB tile using permissions in the UI, as it is enabled at the tenant level.
  2. To disable the tile, delete the BTP destination: sap_workzone_odata/SharePoint/sap_jam_odata based on the Knowledge Base being used.
