Symptom
- Connector configured with password grant OAuth2 authentication does not automatically refresh the token when it expires.
- Scheduled event fails once the token expires.
- Token refreshes manually when application settings are edited and saved, but fails again after expiration.
- System should automatically obtain a new token upon expiration.
- Error observed: status code 500 with response payload indicating 401 unauthorized error.
