Symptom

  • SQL script for a PostgreSQL index defines the sort order for its columns.
  • When applying model changes to database, the index is dropped then created again.
  • When reversing in an existing Physical Data Model (PDM), the index column is replaced by an index expression and the sorting order appears twice.
