- Since QRC4, the export to Excel in Data Analyzer is not working for an Insight report based on a BW query with live connection.
- The error found in Console log is "No criticalErrorListener set".
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud version 2025.21.5
Reproducing the Issue
- In Data Analyzer, open an Insight report based on a BW query
- Choose Excel Export
- Nothing happens, the error "No criticalErrorListener set" is displayed in HTTP developer tools (Console)
Resolution
The next QRC4 2025 patch is expected to be released this week-end.
The build number of that patch will be 2025.21.6 and it will contain the correction for this issue.
