3683477 - E-Signature Step Section Name Text Not Readable Due to Color Contrast – Onboarding

• The “Section Name” text on the e-signature step page is not clearly visible due to poor color contrast.
• The background appears dark blue, and the text is displayed in black, making it difficult to read.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to the system as a candidate.
2. Navigate to the Onboarding module.
3. Proceed to the E-Signature step.
4. Observe the Section Name displayed on the page.

Known Issue - The issue was caused by a known UI coding defect related to text and background color contrast.

Engineering identified the root cause as a UI styling defect and delivered a fix through a patch release. The correction is included in M2511p3, which will be deployed on:

• 25 November - Preview

• 27 November - Production

No customer configuration changes are required. After the patch deployment, the Section Name text on the E-Signature step will display with correct contrast and improved readability.
