3683488 - Command Centre - user unable to see any Site ID

A user is able to access the Command Centre; however, instead of getting the list of sites, the user receives the message:
"You're not seeing any data page. This could be because you don't have permission to view any sites."

Command Centre Test and Production

The issue could be caused by an apostrophe in the name.
To verify if that is the cause, you can contact SAP Product Support team, providing the email address of the affected user, asking to check that user via:  Command Centre > User Management 
Removing apostrophe will resolve the problem.
