3683617 - Unable to forward external candidates using "Forward As Applicant" - Recruiting Management

• Users are unable to forward external candidates using "Forward As Applicant" due to the message: "You have selected external candidate(s), only external job postings will be searched."
• Recruiting users who can forward candidates using "Forward As Applicant" see "Find potential job matches for this candidate" without restrictions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

For recruiting users unable to forward candidates properly:

1.  Open Any application in Job Requisition.
2.  Select Applicant > Select Take Action > Select Forward > Select Forward As Applicant.
3. A message box appears stating: "You have selected external candidate(s), only external job postings will be searched."

For recruiting users with no restrictions forwarding candidates:

1. Open Any application in Job Requisition.
2. Select Applicant > Select Take Action > Select Forward > Select Forward As Applicant.
3. A message box appears displaying: "Find potential job matches for this candidate."

User not selected the "include unposted jobs" checkbox.

1. Instruct affected users to select the "Include unposted jobs" option when searching for job requisitions.
2. If the "Include unposted jobs" option is not visible, navigate to Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Settings.
3. Enable the feature "Allow forwarding of candidates to unposted job" in the settings.
