3683629 - Unable to access external module in proxy mode

Symptom

  • Users cannot see custom external module when proxying as another user.
  • The issue starts after the release 2511 and is affecting all the users on the instance

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as a user in SAP SuccessFactors
  2. Attempt to access the page external module using the home page module picker
  3. Notice that the external module is not available

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2H 2025 P6. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.

No workaround is available.
